Awesome is the only way to descibe this printer!, Feb 28, 2008
reviewer: Stephen Clements from Dublin, Ireland

When you read the specs for a printer it sounds impressive. When you actually see the printer do its stuff, then it’s awesome. The speed and quality need to be seen to be believed. What’s more, the printer couldn’t be easier to setup and use… and all this in a fairly compact and portable package.

My only quibble is with the supplied drivers - they don’t run on Window’s Vista, hopefully this will be addressed soon.

My thanks to Stuart and the team at System Insight for such quick delivery of this little bundle of joy!

WOW factor and Happy Customers !!!!!!!, Feb 21, 2008
reviewer: Jenkins Photography from Swansea, South Wales

We at www.jenkins-photography.co.uk managed to get the
CP3800 back in December from Stuart at System Insight.
We were originally going to buy a second CP9550-DWS from
System Insight to match my current set-up. However after
speaking to Stuart and explaining what we were trying to achieve
with the second printer he mention that they had a the new
CP3800 and explained its capabilities we decided that this
would give us even more opportunities so we ordered one.

From the moment it comes out of the box you can tell that you
have bought a quality printer.

It produces outstanding prints very quickly, the only problem
been the speed that are ejected from the printer (we are sure
system insight will have a tray to catch them in on the
drawing board soon).

if you want the "wow factor!" and see the stunned looks on your
customers faces when they get there high quality images very
quickly, then we recommend you get the CP3800

Thanks to Stuart and Mike once again for your excellent service
and back up that can always be counted on.

Wow!, Nov 29, 2007
reviewer: R. Jell - Photographer from East Devon

I was originally going to buy a Kodak 9810 from a competitor of System Insight. Fortunately for me their sales service was so poor I cancelled and gave System Insight a call, they recommended the CP3800.
There was lots to favor it, cheaper by a few hundred pounds, forty pence a 10x8 print cheaper and it is loses quite a few pounds in weight over the Kodak. The CP3800 is no light weight or cheaply made contender, it produces beautifully saturated and natural looking prints. Even at 300dpi the prints are crisp, people that have viewed them have invariably have remarked "wow!"
The build quality is very good, it is amazingly small and compact. It knocks out prints so quick you have to be on your guard, there is no paper tray and it literally fires the prints out. For the time being there are no drivers for vista or 64 bit XP, a bit of a pain for me but I can forgive that on the merit of the prints, I am a very happy man!
I can,t say more than System Insight have described in in there preview, this machine is an eventers dream and I think any photographer would be more than happy to own one of these beaut's!
Thank you System Insight, your sales and aftercare are fisrt rate, a pleasure to do business with.
