The PSC1317 is a nice capable printer that delivers a cost effective printing solution. Built-in print-heads help to make it economical. Customer Reviews of the PSC1317 show that the large majority of users are very happy with this Inkjet Printer.
Inkjet Cartridges & Consumables
The PSC1317 uses five different Ink Cartridges, not all at once, but as indicated below. The Ink cartridges that can be used in the PSC1317 are as follows:
HP 56 black print cartridge HP C6656A (19ml) 450 pages @ 5% coverage
HP 57 tri-colour print cartridge HP C6657A (17ml) 390 pages @ 15% coverage
HP 58 tri-colour photo cartridge HP C6658A expected page capacity of 390 pages
(The HP58 is an optional accessory and does not come with the prrinter.
The HP 58 photo cartridge replaces the HP 56 black cartridge for photo printing).
HP 27 black inkjet cartridge HP C8727A (10ml) 220 pages @ 5% coverage
HP 28 tri-colour inkjet cartridge HP C8728A (8ml) 190 pages at 15% coverage
