Printer seems to drink ink and their cartridges are very pricey. Photo quality is very good. Software initially had a conflict with McAffee Firewall, probably caused by the Fax facility in this 4 in 1 machine, and the built in function that allows the machine to report back on-line to the manufacturer on the usage of the machine. I blocked access to the internet which caused the machine to run very slowly and cause a conflict with the firewall. Solved problem by re-installing printer, firewall and virus-scan in a different sequence. Overall, initially a cheap machine for which you later pay lifetime installments, to Lexmark, for the cartridges! Please can you sell your own compatable cartridges for this machine, I have used them successfully for years on my old Epsom printer.
