How do I pay for the media when I rent a printer?
With most of the printers we rent, you are charged only for the prints you actually use. For instance, 6x8"/6x9" media is charged at £0.59 per print so if you only use 10 prints you will be only be charged £5.90. If you use 50 prints you will be charged £29.50 and if you use 100 prints you will be charged £59.00 and so on.
When renting the printer you will need to estimate the number of prints you will use and sufficient media will be sent with the rental to cover your estimate. You return the unused media at the end of the rental and, as mentioned above, you will only be charged for the media you actually use.
With some rental printers, such as the Mitsubishi CP3800DW, we are unable to check the number of prints used therefore you have to purchase the media you need when you rent the printer. We are, however, able to refund 80% of the purchase price on unopened and undamaged boxes of media when returned to us with the rental printer.
