This is caused when the printer driver and media size installed in the printer are not the same. You might be trying to print a 6x9 and have 6x9 media in the printer, however the print driver maybe set for 7x5.Always ensure that the size you have in the printer matches the size of media in the printer AND in the print driver,
In a Windows system you may find it helpfull to set both the sizes in Printing preferences and Printing Defaults to match the normal size you print.
On an Apple Mac system you only need set the size in the printing options.
If you are unsure that you have the correct media loaded. You can check this by measuring the length of the colour panes on the ribbon.
