Original Canon BC-11C Black and Colour Cartridge. This cartridge contains the printhead and Black (BCI-11B) and Colour (BCI-11C) ink tanks. This is the color cartridge for the Bubble Jet printers. It is comprised of 3 individual components - the print head, a black ink tank (BCI-11Bk) and a color ink tank (BCI-11C). Each element has a different life, so when either ink tank is exhausted, it can be replaced without the expense of replacing the whole unit. The black ink tank lasts for approximately 30 pages and the color ink tank lasts for approximately 35 pages. You will probably need to replace the whole unit (BC-11e) only when you detect a deterioration in print quality. This will ensure optimum print quality.
