With all memory upgrades, system upgrades or pro support upgrades for the IT5000 or Click Lite System you will be required to pay delivery and collection charges unless you arrange an appointment to bring back the equipment in person.

You may also organise your own courier to collect / delivery your system.

Depending upon the work being carried out we will not usually require your printer(s) to be returned as well.

Please note that the above charged is payable both ways (collected and delivery) unless you are collecting in person.

Although our couriers are insured we cannot be held rresponsible for goods that are incorrectly packaged and we recommend sending equipment back using the orginal manufacturers packaging. 

We cannot guarantee a collection time as this service is not offered by our couriers we can however collect from any Uk address (additional charges may apply for Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland). Alternatively you may deliver your system to our courier's local depot (please contact us for more details).
