I am Head of ICT, and photography, at a prep school. I have been using this printer for about three years, and team photos of professional quality are produced in less than a minute. These are also 10" x 8" BORDERLESS (the last was really important). Refilling with the media kit was at first a bit of a trial, but it is actually very easy. Still working as well as the day it was bought.
