The CP-D70DW has a compact and lightweight design with measurements of 446mm x 140 mm x 275 mm and weighs in at only 12KG.
It also takes up only 40% of the volume space of the previous CP9810DW printer. This single deck printer can produce 6x4 images within 8.4 seconds with a print capacity of 400 images.
The CP-D70DW has a front loading construction so the media and ribbon can be easily and quickly replaced. Despite its compact design, the printer can hold a large quantity of paper thus enabling high volume printing. This event solution also produces prints with smoother definition so that text and images appear shaper and clearer.
All our printers do not come with UK power leads from the manufacturer. However, we supply free of charge a 2 meter UK power lead with all NEW printers.

Decided it was time to part exchange my 707 double deck printer for the single Mitsubishi CP D70DW - purely because of the weight and manoeuvrability of it.
The customer service of the staff at System Insight is faultless. Special thanks must go to Rich and Steve for their knowledge and helpfulness in what wasn't initially a straight forward part exchange.
Really pleased to have driven home with my new single deck today, and even had a free USB cable and extra power lead thrown in, plus on the phone support whenever I need it.
Many thanks once again!

I have used Kodak printers for the last 6 years or so and I have just swapped to the Mitsubishi Photo printers
Small, Strong and light
Super fast and reliable
Produces great quality prints
Easy to set up
Media easy to load
CD-ROM if you are working windows 7 64 bit system, bit tricky as you must download a different driver, I needed help from System Insight whom were fantastic all the way through.

After ordering an ex demo CP9550DW and not reading the website correctly, Cath phoned me the very next morning to explain that I would have to wait until 1 came available.
I needed a printer for an event taking place in just a few days as my CP-3020DAE was a little too slow and involves cutting the images to size. Cath offered the CP-D70 but I thought it was out of my budget and I declined.
After a little thought, I decided to take the plunge and gave Cath a call. I'm so glad I did. The customer support at System Insight is second to none, I ordered the printer which arrived the very next day straight from Mitsubishi.
I installed the media (which a Monkey could do), I installed the software, printed a few test images and I was ready to go.
I was using a CF reader plugged into a USB slot on my MacBook Pro, and the time taken from inserting the card, to the image being spat out of the printer was around 20 seconds. Im now going to let the printer pay for itself and another, or most probably the double decker.
Dont hesitate, get 1 now.

I have been a long-term fan of Dye-Sub printers for Event Photography, since originally purchasing a HiTi 730ps Printer from System Insight a few years ago. As the printer is a serious revenue generator, I decided that it was time to relegate the HiTi to a secondary role and purchase a faster event printer. I spoke to the lovely Cath Betts at great length, as I was somewhat enamoured with the quality of the HiTi output. After careful consideration though, and a lot of excellent and in-depth advice from Cath, I decided to purchase a Mitusbishi CP-D70DW printer. WHAT A REVELATION !!!! The quality of the output is incredible. The HiTi was excellent but the output from the CP-D70DW takes it a step further. The prints drop out of the printer in a matter of seconds, whereas the 730ps that it replaces took over a minute per print. Ruined prints due to dust are now a distant memory too. Roll-Fed print is the way to go, as the paper path is completely clean so no wasted prints. The way I now produce prints has now changed due to the speed and far lower cost-per-print from the Mitsubishi. I now print images speculatively as the cost is so much lower, I find that the extra revenue attained via printing all images more than covers the small losses accrued by discarded un-purchased images.
Best advice I have ever had from a supplier . . . . This printer has changed my workflow from a laborious evening of printing to an easily managed process that does not require watching print-by-print. This is expanded on by the fact that the images output from the CP-D70DW are colour and contrast correct with little or no tweaking, again aiding the speed of the workflow. Don't even think about other suppliers or products, get one of these (or the double decker version for those with higher throughput requirements or multiple media requirements). Now for the downsides to the printer. . . . . Er..... I can't find any !
