Compact and Lightweight

With a very compact design, the CP3800 is a fraction of the size of other printers yet still retains the superb build quality that Mitsubishi is renown for. The CP3800 has the same sturdy feel to it as the other Mitsubishi printers with its metal casing and enclosed system.

Building on Mitsubishi’s established reputation for quality dye sublimation printing, the CP3800DW features a unique roll-type mechanism for jam-free reliability and a colour reproduction system developed specifically for digital printing technology. This new technology utilizes built-in colour Imaging Chips to accurately control colour characteristics and deliver consistent print quality, regardless of ink sheet.

The 3800 has a front loading construction so the media and ribbon can be easily and quickly replaced. Despite the compact design, the printer can hold a large quantity of paper thus enabling high volume printing (130 prints of 10x8). This event solution also produces prints with smoother definition so that text and images appear shaper and clearer. It also has the ability to produce matte and gloss prints off the same roll of paper at no extra cost. Mitsubishi have also introduced a new cooling system into their printers. This cooling system enables high volume printing whilst reducing the risks of overheating.
