Wondering when your delivery is going to arrive? Then our new service might be right up your street!. In 95% of Uk Courier deliveries, we can send you an email and text message to tell you when your parcel is likely to arrive.

How it works.....

• You place an order with us via the phone or internet
• We enter your details onto our system as usual and process your order
• Your email and mobile number are entered into the couriers system (The courier does not use your information for any other purpose than to notify you of your delivery)
• The day your shipment is dispatched you will receive a text message to notify you that your shipment is on it's way
• When your goods are ready for delivery, you will receive an SMS text message that morning with a estimtated one hour window when your delivery

• You know the shipment has left us
• You have a one hour window so you know when the shipment will be delivered
• You can rearrange delivery from your mobile phone if you won't be available, just by sending a simple text message.
• Your can track your parcel online from your phone or PC

Please note:

• Your details are not used by the courier for any other reasons than to notify you
• Delivery times are an estimate and 95% of deliveries are delivered within this window. Delivery times are NOT however guaranteed.
• We offer a before 9:30 and a before 12:00 delivery window at an extra cost if required. This must be specified at the time of ordering.
• Only applies to UK Mainland Deliveries.
