- 2. You will speak to a member of our customer service team. Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue you are having, what printer you are using, and which operating system you use. If emailing us, please ensure you describe the problem in detail with accompanying visuals if applicable.
- 3. Our customer service team can liaise with our Technical experts to provide advice and guidance free of charge. If you require further in-depth, 1-to-1 support directly from a Technical expert, this will be a chargeable service at £60 + VAT per hour.
- 4. All of your information, along with your contact details, will then be passed onto the technical team who will book in a call-back.
- 5. Please allow at least 48 working hours before your call-back. Be advised that the lead time on call-backs can be longer during our busy periods.
